Year 2007 room rates: Rates
quoted are subject to state and local taxes, if applicable, currently 11%. A
block of rooms is being held until June
22, 2007, after which
the group rate cannot be guaranteed. These rates will be honored for
three days on each side of the meeting pending availability. Rates
are based on single or double occupancy. Each additional person
13 years of age and older will be charged an additional fee of $15.00 per
room, per night. Children 12 years of age and under are
complimentary. These
rates do not include an optional "resort package" ($12.00 + tax per room per day). This package is
offered to guests at check-in and includes parking as well as access to many
hotel services. Parking only is $5. |

attendees who cannot access US 800 phone numbers, you may telephone the TradeWinds Island Grand hotel operator directly at
1-727-367-6461 and ask for group reservations. Mention the meeting by name Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services -
FPRW in order to get the group room rates. Each
room reservation requires a one-night room/tax deposit billed to a major
credit card upon making the reservation. The
TradeWinds Island Grand requires a 48 hour prior to arrival
cancellation notice. All deposits are refundable if the reservation is
cancelled earlier than 2 days prior to arrival. The TradeWinds Island
Grand also imposes an early departure
PENALTY FEE if you check out prior to your scheduled departure date (this
fee is waived in event of personal/work emergency). |
