2010 Hotel Reservations
A block of rooms is being held until June 16, 2010, after
which the group rate cannot be guaranteed. These rates will
be honored for three days on each side of the meeting pending
availability.
During the meetings there will be multiple door prize opportunities
- at the close of each morning and afternoon session (i.e.
just before lunch and just prior to adjourning for the day).
You must be ON TIME at the beginning of each session to receive
a ticket and BE PRESENT AT THE DRAWING TO WIN. Prizes contributed
by vendors will be picked up at the vendor's table. Prizes
contributed by others will be handed out from the technical
session podium.

Lots of prizes make for lots of fun...
Every year we receive items from exhibitors, attendees, from
the hotel, and we allocate about 50 cents from your meeting
registration fee in order to purchase additional prizes.
Some individual attendees bring items from their agency or
company to contribute to the pool. Examples include: specialty
items or comestibles from their home state; t-shirts with
agency / company logo; retail items from their company; gift
certificates; etc.
Please consider making a contribution to our door prize pool.
We would be happy to furnish you with a receipt upon request.
Receipts would be available at the meeting.
To donate an item, simply bring it with you to the meeting,
and give it to a Florida staff person at the registration
table. Attach a business card so that we can announce who
made the donation.
Job Board
We will set up a bulletin board at the registration desk.
You may post a "seeking position" or "seeking applicant"
announcement. Simply bring it with you to the meeting.
