By registering on-line, we can capture all of your information the way you want it to appear in the program. It helps avoid data entry errors and saves valuable volunteer staff time. You can enter a short abstract for a seminar, presentation or poster that we can publish on the website. If the on-line application works well, perhaps we'll be able to add abstracts and other information to our programs in the future.

If you need to add information at a later time, re-enter your data into the on-line system. Be sure to include everything that you want included because we will accept the most recent registration and delete the old one.

Improved Vendor Seminar Format
One Seminar per Time Slot!
Larger Room!

Vendor technical seminars will be offered FREE to meeting attendees. There are seven one-hour slots available for seminars: one during Sunday evening registration; one each during Mon/Tues/Wed breakfast and one each during Mon/Tues/Wed lunch breaks. Seminar topics will be selected by the program planning committee from among those submitted based upon applicability of the topic to FPRW meeting attendees.

(We welcome Vendor contributions to the FLAG Works general fund, advertising and/or sponsorships for breaks, speakers, educational courses or any other support that your company can provide. If you would like to enhance the success of FPRW, please contact George Fong.)

Lots of prizes make for lots of fun...

Please consider making a contribution to our door prize pool. We would be happy to furnish you with a receipt upon request. Receipts would be available at the meeting.

To donate an item, simply contact the door prize coordinator or bring it with you to the meeting, and give it to a Florida staff person at the registration table. Attach a business card so that we can announce who made the donation. Vendor prizes will be announced for pick-up at the vendor's booth.

FPRW Door Prize Policy:

During the meetings there will be multiple door prize opportunities - at the close of each morning and afternoon session (i.e. just before lunch and just prior to adjourning for the day).

You must be ON TIME at the beginning of each session to receive a ticket and BE PRESENT AT THE DRAWING TO WIN. Prizes contributed by vendors will be picked up at the vendor's table. Prizes contributed by others will be handed out from the technical session podium.
