Year 2009 room rates:
- $109.00 for Standard Room.
- $120.00 for room with tropical view
- $145.00 for One Bedroom Suite.
- $175.00 One Bedroom suite with tropical view
- $505.00 for Deluxe Penthouse Suite
Each room reservation
requires a one-night room/tax deposit billed to a major
credit card upon making the reservation.
Specify Meeting as FLAG Works / FPRW in order to
get group rates.
A block of rooms is being held until
June 19, 2009, after which the group rate
cannot be guaranteed. These rates will be honored for
three days on each side of the meeting pending availability.
These rates do not include an optional "resort package"
($15.00 + tax per room per day). This package is offered
to guests at check-in and includes parking as well as
access to many hotel services.
Self Parking is $10 per day. Non-overnight guest parking
at $6.00 per day.
Rates quoted are subject to state and local taxes, if
applicable, currently 11%. Rates are based on single or
double occupancy. Each additional person 13 years of age
and older will be charged an additional fee of $15.00
per room, per night. Children 12 years of age and under
are complimentary.
The TradeWinds Island Grand requires a 48 hour prior
to arrival cancellation notice. All deposits are refundable
if the reservation is cancelled earlier than 2 days prior
to arrival.
